To the east is an isolated lagoon with inviting crystal blue waters, with the most spectacular live corals one could ever dream of seeing, exclusive to the Gulf of Aqaba and attracting all kinds of marine inhabitants. These coral reefs are formed of four groups: Gordon, Jackson, Thomas, and Woodhouse, which are separated by deep crevices. With these fascinating corals and intriguing marine life, Tiran is an ideal destination for boat trips of divers and snorkelers, not to mention its interesting historical relevance.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Dahab at 08.00 am and drive for 90 minutes to the jetty. Join the boat to start your boat trip to Tiran Island. En route, there will be a stop at the Blue Lagoon, where you can swim and explore the beautiful underwater world. The water is rather shallow, so it is also a good place for beginners and children. The second stop will be near the Tiran Island coastline, again a great spot to observe the marine diversity of this region. Onboard you will be offered lunch and soft drinks. On the way back you will have a third stop to discover the splendid underwater world and here there is a shipwreck! Afterward, you will be driven back to your hotel in Dahab at approximately 17.00.
